1. Pick the puzzle you want to rent

2. Complete the "Puzzle Booking" form below

3. I will contact you to set up a pick-up or delivery time

4. An invoice will be sent and must be paid before taking the puzzle

5. Return after 3 weeks of fun!* (You will have the option to add an extra week for $5 if needed)
Puzzle toys are meant to be done together so please do not leave your dog unattended. 
 

*Cleaning is NOT required, as all puzzles have to be taken apart and cleaned by CW before the next rental
